Refund policy
All of our prints are printed to order and are therefore non-refundable, however exchanges are offered for unframed prints, and framed works.
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping is paid for by the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not, and provide you with a shipping address.
